Division 4 fixtures

Division 4 will be an 11-round Swiss. The pairings for rounds 1 and 2 are seeded with, in Round 1 top half vs. bottom half and in Round 2 top quarter vs. second quarter, third quarter vs. fourth quarter. Seedings are based on the rating average of the squads.

Seedings will only be used for the opening two rounds. Thereafter pairings will be based upon each team's performance measured by match points (win=2, draw=1, loss=0).
