We're indebted to the John Robinson Youth Chess

Royal Hotel Hull is where Hull and District
Chess Association hold many of their larger
events. It has the benefit of being right at the
railway and bus station and central to Hull City
Centre with its shops, restaurant and bars.
Hullís lively Marina with its bars and
restaurants is just five minutesí walk, as are
Hullís Ferens Art Gallery and Maritime Museum
(both free). Hullís famous Museums Quarter is
just a 10/15 minutesí walk.
All the rooms we are using for the congress
are extremely well appointed and quiet with
plenty of natural light, and chandelier lit.

which accommodates 150 players (this is where
the rapidplay took place at the British
Championships in 2018.

in the main playing area in the Royal Suite on
the Saturday and Sunday.
