Please contact our partners
Guaranteed Events. Their contact details are
in the “Hotels 17/18” section of the 4NCL
website (half way down the home page on the
left hand side). Please do not try to book
accommodation with the hotels directly as
you will not get the 4NCL agreed rates and
our agreement with Guaranteed Events also
relies on accommodation being booked through
them please.
Entrants should send completed registration
forms to the Chief Arbiter by the latest of
6pm on the Thursday before the weekend.
Please note that in Division 1 all players
must be below FIDE 2200 in the month at
which the weekend is held.

No food or drink not purchased
in the hotel may be consumed on the premises.
All participants are expected to
attend all group coaching sessions.

league will be determined once the number of
entries is known.
