English attendees must be ECF
members in order to participate in this course.
Upon achieving a pass mark of
80% or more in the examination, successful
candidates will obtain a FIDE Arbiter title
norm. In addition ECF members will gain ECF
Arbiter Level 1 status and successful English
candidates may request to be licenced with FIDE
at the National Arbiter level.
Members of other federations
should contact their own federation for
clarification of additional qualifications.
