Bedrooms will be payable on arrival and card
details will be required upon booking for
guarantee.
Please note that
our bedroom allocation will be released 28 days
before the weekend.
Payment
Amounts due will be debited to credit/debit
cards on check-in. NO credit card or debit card
fees are levied.
Captains/managers making block bookings are
liable for any bedrooms not paid for separately
by their players.
Cancellations and Amendments
The agreed 4NCL rates are valid until four
weeks before each weekend. After that date the
hotels will do their best to give you the agreed
rate; however, this is subject to availability
and the current best available rate. We
therefore recommend that you reserve your room
prior to the four week release date if possible.
Players and captains are responsible for
their own rooms once booked, and will need to
contact the venue directly regarding changes or
cancellations.
For individual bookings rooms can be cancelled
without charge up to seven days before each
weekend.
For block bookings by captains/managers:
Up to 25% of rooms held on
block blockings can be released without charge
up to 28 days (six weeks for Mercure Bedford
Central Hotel) before the relevant weekend.
A further 10% of rooms held on block bookings
can be released without charge up to seven days
before the relevant weekend.
If cancellations take place after these
deadlines, the hotels will use their best
endeavours to reallocate the room, but if this
cannot be done you will be liable for the room
cost. In practice, however, demand for rooms is
such that the likelihood is that they can
usually be reallocated.
Special Circumstances
The hotels will do their very best in
special/mitigating circumstances to avoid
cancellation charges, although this cannot be
guaranteed. The hotels do not aim to benefit financially
from anyone's misfortunes.
Parking at 4NCL venues
Players should confirm vehicle
details with hotels at reception on
arrival. Our hotels employ third
party contractors, and parking
penalties may be levied if vehicle
details are not provided to the
hotel.
